Separate chaff collector cyclone

Chaff collector cyclone is separated from the coffee roaster main unit, it has a large volume to load chaff and dust, also you can clean out the chaff while the machine roasting, no need switch off the machine to do cleaning job. It is made of 304 stainless steel (food level), durable and capable enough to work with main unit for many years to come.

Adjustable burner, Safe protection

The burner is special made for the 2kg drum roaster by our own factory, the burner size just matches the drum size, the reasonable distance between gas burner and drum is made by thousand of our testing results. High performance burner work with automatic ignition and safe protection system ensure your roast is under easy and safe condition. You can adjust the fire flame by rotating the gas gauge knob and watch the fire on the burner by the glass window.
